I'm a proud member of the Tidepool Support Team. I spend my time responding to support requests and implementing new tools that support our current and future support processes as we scale in anticipation of Tidepool Loop. I'm proud to have the opportunity to help users as well as to surface feedback and feature requests to help Tidepool's products become the best that they can be.

The thing that excites me most about Tidepool Loop is I believe that technology is converging in such a way that we can finally, safely, take advantage of automated, algorithm-guided, insulin delivery to achieve better results and outcomes than one can easily get via behavior modification and one's own attentiveness. Less work, better quality of life.

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2001.
